The host laughed. "Looks like my guess was spot on! If you two are single, maybe this could be the start of a beautiful romance. We've actually had this happen before—an aunt and an uncle met at one of our parent-teacher conferences, completely hit it off, and even sent the homeroom teacher a wedding invitation later!"

The crowd immediately started cheering and whistling.

Yulen seemed to thoroughly enjoy the attention.

Winona, on the other hand, looked completely entirely unamused.

The music started again. Yulen purposefully yielded, allowing Winona to win the final seat.

The host continued, "You're both incredibly good-looking. What do you say? Why not use this chance to exchange numbers?"

Before Yulen could even open his mouth, Winona cut in. "I'm not single. No need."

The host looked instantly embarrassed. "Haha, well, what a pity! Then I wish you and your boyfriend all the best. Thank you both for participating. You can head back to your seats; we're moving on to the next segment."

Hearing Winona's blatant rejection, Yulen's face darkened.

He tightened his jaw and walked off the stage.

When the meeting finally ended, classes were dismissed for the afternoon. Winona took Greta's hand, planning to treat her to lunch before heading home.

The school gates were packed with people. Winona and Greta were stuck in the crowd, barely able to move an inch.

Yulen approached them with Seth in tow.

He looked at Winona. "I can take you out through a different gate. There are fewer people over there."

Winona rejected him coldly. "No, thanks."

Yulen tried to say something else, but Winona immediately pulled Greta forward, following the moving crowd, treating him like the plague.

Seth looked up at Yulen. "Uncle Yulen, did you guys break up?"

Yulen ignored the question. "Let's go get food."
