Unloved Unwanted Unstoppable (Seraphina and Dominic) novel Chapter 301

Cynthia's smile froze on her face. Swallowing her bitter grievance, she turned to glance at Dominic. His expression was as dark as a thundercloud, yet he remained silent.

"Dominic, let's go," Cynthia murmured, her voice laced with forced politeness. "Gideon and the others are still eating. Let's not disturb them."

Dominic drew a deep breath, and the two turned to leave.

As they took their first few steps, Cynthia caught sight of Seraphina out of the corner of her eye. The blatant mockery on Seraphina’s face was impossible to miss.

Seeing this expression, Cynthia nearly choked on her own fury.

How dare Seraphina mock her!

Clenching her fists tightly, Cynthia clicked away in her heels, trailing after Dominic's retreating figure.

With the restaurant peaceful once more, Seraphina felt her mood lift considerably. She withdrew her gaze and went back to her meal.

After dinner, she and Gideon stepped out of the restaurant together.

As soon as she walked down the steps, a roadside poster caught her attention.

"The Phantom Velocity Racetrack: Fully imported track equipment, identical F1 simulation systems, fifty percent off for our grand opening!"

Her footsteps paused, and a bright spark ignited in her eyes.

Following her gaze, Gideon noticed the undeniable excitement illuminating her face.

"Want to go?" he asked.

Seraphina snapped back to reality, a somewhat sheepish smile curling her lips. "It's been a while since I touched a steering wheel."

Back in college, she had participated in university racing tournaments and received free professional training. It was love at first drive.

She used to hit the tracks whenever she had free time, but ever since she got married, she hadn't touched a race car.

Now, seeing the advertisement, her dormant memories surged to life.

Gideon checked his wristwatch. "It's still early. Why don't we go blow off some steam?"

Not wanting to decline, Seraphina nodded. "Let's go."

The racetrack wasn't far from the restaurant; it took less than ten minutes to drive there.
