Reina quickly took out a bottle of energy recovery potion and drank it to replenish the energy she had just lost.

Within a sixteen-foot radius around her, people began collapsing one by one. Some had already lost consciousness.

Even a few ability users were swaying on their feet.

“Mental attack! That mutant beast can use mental attacks! Run!”

Someone shouted a warning and hurriedly dragged their unconscious teammate away to a safe distance.

Seeing that the creature was about to shriek again, Reina couldn’t worry about anything else. She quickly circled behind the aberrant beast and activated her ability.

Ding! “Energy -1. Harvest successful. EXP +50. Gained Energy +2.”

Ding! “Energy-1. Harvest successful. EXP +50. Gained Energy +2.”

Ding! “Energy-1. Harvest successful. EXP +50. Gained a Level 3 energy crystal core. Physique +2 when absorbed.”

Three successful harvests in a row. On the final attempt, she even obtained a Level 3 energy crystal core. The aberrant beast instantly collapsed to the ground in a weakened state. The tentacles on its head drooped limply, and it could no longer make a sound.

Reina took a deep breath, absorbed the crystal core at once, and ran over to check on Chloe and the others.

She crouched down beside them. Chloe, Dylan, and Sasha all had blood flowing from their noses. They were completely

unconscious.

Reina quickly took out three bottles of low-grade energy recovery potion and poured them into their mouths.

Then she checked the pulse at their necks. Fortunately, there was still a faint heartbeat.

But they would not wake up anytime soon. They had to be sent back to the camp to be safe.

So Reina called out to the nearby teams. “Can someone help carry these three people to the infirmary in the camp? I’ll pay 1,000

Joints.”

No one responded.

Reina clenched her teeth and raised the reward. “Hey! Whoever helps take them back into the camp, I’ll give you one bottle of low- grade energy recovery potion!”

The moment she finished speaking, several people rushed over. “Seriously? You actually have an energy recovery potion?”

Reina nodded and pointed at the three unconscious people on the ground. “Take them first, and I’ll give the potion afterward.”

Before she even finished speaking, someone had already dashed forward. They grabbed the unconscious bodies, slung them over their shoulders, and ran toward the camp.

Those who failed to grab anyone looked frustrated. They followed behind Reina, asking anxiously. “Do you really have the potions?

‘ll pay for one. My child was attacked earlier and is still unconscious.”

Reina looked puzzled. “Aren’t they sold at the trading hall? Why are you buying from me?”

One man shook his head. “The potions at the trading hall sold out long ago. We have no other choice. Please help us. I’ll give you 5,000 points. I only need one to save my child’s life.”

“I’m sorry. I only have one bottle left. I don’t have any extra to sell.”

Reina glanced at the few people staring at her with greedy eyes and suddenly broke into a run toward the camp.

The people froze for a moment before they chased after her, but there was no way they could catch up.

By the time they reached the infirmary, they saw Reina already handing a bottle of potion to the three men who had carried the injured people.

The pursuers were unwilling to give up. They glared at Reina and spoke angrily. “Why did you run? It’s not like we wouldn’t pay you by points…”

Reina interrupted them in a low voice. “I already told you there are no more potions left. Why are you still following me? Are you guys trying to rob me?”

Then she turned toward the guards at the entrance and shouted, “Someone is trying to rob me!”

The two guards immediately looked over and shouted sternly, “Who allowed you guys to come in here?”

The group did not say anything. Their expressions were ugly, but seeing the energy rifles in the guards’ hands, they could only leave resentfully.

After they were gone, Reina finally entered the infirmary and found Gerard and Mabel.

Inside the infirmary, which was just over a thousand square feet, people were packed tightly together. All of them were seriously injured.

They lay on the floor covered in blood, letting out painful groans from time to time.

Yet there were only six medical staff members. They simply could not handle so many patients.

Reina rubbed her nose. The air was filled with the thick smell of blood.

That was not good.

Outside were mutant beasts and all kinds of mutated insects. Some crawled on the ground, and some flew through the air. If they caught the scent of blood and swarmed over here, these injured people would be in serious danger.

“Gerard, maybe you should take your wife back to your place. Mabel’s arm has already been bandaged. Staying here might actually be more dangerous.”

Reina pointed toward the entrance of the infirmary. “Dylan and the others are unconscious too. Could you help carry them back as well?”
