After making the call, Tyler pondered for a while. Then, he made another call. When the call connected, Tyler flashed an intrigued smile at no one in particular.
"My dear sister-in-law, what are you doing? It's noon. You should be eating at this hour. Don't starve yourself. I'll feel sorry."
Tyler took many people like his sister-in-law, but he had only one. That was the wife of Niall, Nolan's older brother.
"I'll stop joking now. There's something I'd like to remind you about. Nolan's really something now after coming out from prison.
"He wanted to check the village business' financial reports. Besides, he even said we received bribes. You'd better prepare yourself. I'll resolve this, but I can't guarantee nothing will wrong.
"As for your incapable husband, I think you'd better not arrange any labor work for him for the time being. Or I'll find some easy tasks for him to do.
"Okay, okay. You didn't come with us. I truly miss you. But we're returning a few days later. Don't worry. We probably will make a fortune again this time. Ha ha ha!"
After Tyler ended the call, he returned to the private room unsatisfied. Meanwhile, in a double-story building in Rio Village, there was a woman in her 30s who dressed lavishly.
As soon as she ended the call, she yelled, "Niall Greene, you're such rubbish. You're taking so long to prepare a meal. Do you want me to starve to death?"
Upon hearing the woman's yell, an honest-looking man in his 30s who wore an apron quickly came out of the kitchen.
"Sharon, I'm almost done. Don't worry."
The woman held her abdomen and sneered. "You're taking forever to do something. It's okay if you make me starve, but if you make the baby starve, just wait for it."
Upon hearing that, Niall looked at Sharon Peach with a gentle expression and said, "Don't worry. I'll not make our son starve. I'll prepare the meal right away. I'll go right now."
