Chapter 252
“Sit,” I nod to the sofa opposite me. She doesn’t argue there, she sits down, furiously typing something on her phone. “You see what you did?” She snaps, glaring at me. “Rune is breaking up with me. He will never come near me again.”
“That’s great,” Aeliana tells her. “At your age, you should not be anywhere near boys like him or participating in such activities.” She says, choosing her words carefully.
Vittoria scoffs, “Why is everyone so invested in my life? Why the hell should I even listen to two?” She asks, furious gaze flickering between us.
“Because we’re trying to protect you,” I tell her.
“I’m not a little kid,” she snaps, standing up and stomping her foot to prove her point. “I’m not doing anything wrong. Rune and I love each other, and now he’s going to dump me because you walked in on us having sex and acted like you saw something unnatural.”
“You’re still a kid,” I tell her. “Sex is very natural, but-”
“Shut up,” she snarls, her chest heaving. I see exactly why they call her mini Damien, her temper is just as short.” I won’t take lectures from two opportunistic women.”
I pause, taken aback. “What?”
“You heard me,” she scoffs. “You got pregnant your first ride on my brother’s dick,” she points to me, her eyes shifting to Luna Aeliana. “And you’ve been fucking Kingston since you were what? 13? 14?” She pauses, shaking her head. “Oh, I know. Dad broke his nose over it once, but no one interfered, did they? And not only that, but you also screwed him when he was with Drey. So don’t make me seem like I’m in the wrong like what you did was not wrong. You separated two lovers.”
Luna Aeliana’s face falls, “Audrey needs to find her own mate.” She says, her tone defensive. “I’m mated to Kingston.”
“And you waited years to tell us?”
“I-I didn’t have my wolf.” She stutters.
“Aeliana you don’t owe this brat an explanation,” I tell her. “Get in line, Tori.”
Vittoria stares at me, “You fucked the wrong brother.” She says, “If you wanted someone to give a fuck about your opinion, you should have done your research and sparked a bond with Kingston instead.”
“Sit down,” Luna Aeliana orders.
“Who are you talking to?” Vittoria frowns.
“You.”
“No,” she snickers. “It can’t be me because not even my parents yell at me.”
Luna Aeliana stares, all her softness gone now. “Good thing I’m not your parents, so sit the fuck down.”
“Is that how you talk to a kid?” She gasps, trying to guilt-trip Luna Aeliana but she doesn’t seem to fall for it.
“I thought you weren’t one,” she says.
At that moment, my son runs into the room, and I’m instantly done. “Luna Aeliana, a word?” I ask, reaching for

her with my hand.
She quickly helps me up and we step aside, just enough for the brat not to hear. I think if we leave and tell Luna Estelle we tried to converse with her problem child it will still count, surely even she has failed herself because the girl is bold enough to bring boys under her roof.
“Let’s ditch her and go out for some chicken wings, or ribeye,” I offer, dangling my car keys.
“We promised.”
“Fuck that,” I sigh. “She’s a little demon, when you have kids, you realise they can’t all be winners and that one there is the defective one.”
She smiles, small and amused. “She’s just acting out, we can get through to her.”
“She called us opportunistic whores.” I remind her, well not exactly those words, but she wanted to, she might as well have. The only people she listens to are her brother’s Kingston, Callum, and Audrey.
“Auntie Tori,” Alex jumps, repeatedly calling her while she ignores him.
“Not now Alex,” she groans, clinging to that device like her life depends on it.
I nod towards her, and Aeliana mirrors my gaze. Alex pulls at her phone. “I want to see too Auntie Tori, please.” He whines. “Give it to me.”
They fight for her phone, unable to pull it away, Vittoria shoves him. “Fuck,” she groans. “I told you to stop, Alex.”
“Vittoria!” Luna Aeliana snaps.
