Chapter 14 Thalia’s Instagram Post
Speechless, Jason took a deep breath and said, “I’ll send you a screenshot of Thalia’s Instagram post. Many friends already know about this. You should probably explain yourself.”
After they hung up, Darion received a picture in his chat box and he opened it, only to see Thalia’s Instagram post.
Darion opened it and saw Thalia’s Instagram post.
As he read her words and studied the photos she’d shared, his sharp, handsome brows drew together in a deep frown.
His chiseled jaw tightened, and a cold, menacing aura emanated from him, chilling the air around.
“Darion, Thalia’s misunderstood us,” Miya said, hurrying over with her phone. “If she keeps posting things like this, everyone will mock us. Maybe I should go talk to her and clear up the misunderstanding.”
Darion’s brow furrowed sharply, a flicker of rage crossing his eyes.
He thought, ‘Even Miya can see Thalia’s Instagram updates. But I can’t. Did she really block me?’
Yet he instantly shook off the thought, reassuring himself. ‘No way. She would never block me. She loves me way too much.’
He put his phone away and turned to Miya. “Take care of Keith. If last night’s incident happens again, you’ll never get to raise him.”
Miya’s face turned pale. “I get it. I was too emotional. I thought I saw my real father.”
Darion didn’t care about her personal matters.
He turned to Sandra and said, “Grandma, I’m leaving.”
“Keith’s still eager to play with you. Stay a bit longer,” Sandra urged, trying to get him to stay.
But Darion said to Keith coldly, “No TV or toys today. Go practice writing instead.”
Sandra paused, surprised. “Darion, what’s this about? Are you punishing him?”
Darion’s sharp, dark gaze settled on Keith, his voice firm. “He’s started lying. That can’t go unpunished.”
But Sandra said, defending Keith, “He’s just a kid. What does he know? Darion, don’t be as harsh as your wife. He’s only three.”
“Grandma,” Darion’s voice lowered, turning even colder. “If you expect me to take responsibility for Keith, then it’s my job to teach him properly. Children must be disciplined at a young age. Once they’re older, it’ll be too late to change them.”
His face was set in a stern line, his tone frosty, and his whole presence radiated authority.
Keith had never seen his uncle this terrifying before.
He shrank back into Sandra’s embrace at once, shaking with fear.
But Darion fixed his gaze on him. “Go upstairs and practice your handwriting. When you finish, the nanny will show me. If it’s not good enough, you’ll keep writing.”
Tears welled in Keith’s eyes, his lips trembling as if he would burst into tears at any moment.
But under Darion’s intimidating gaze, he forced them back, too scared to make a sound.
Obediently, he climbed off the sofa and headed upstairs.
Sandra sighed heavily, but said nothing more.
‘If Darion gets truly angry, what if he ignores Keith?’ Sandra worried to herself.
Darion turned and strode away, his tall, imposing figure gradually disappearing into the distance.

Chapter 14 Thalia’s Instagram Post
Thalia stumbled down the street in a trance, like a lost ghost.
Her knees ached terribly, her face was pale and lifeless, but she kept moving forward.
‘Pain is the only lesson I’ll remember. It’s a harsh reminder of what kind of man I’ve given eight years of my heart to, Thalia told herself.
‘It’s a harsh reminder of what kind of man I’ve given eight years of my heart to, she thought bitterly.
