Chapter 368
“You talk too much,” Darion said.
He kept his gaze fixed on the building ahead, his voice especially cold.

Jason sighed and said, “Darion, you never really wanted to divorce Thalia, did you? Why don’t you just tell her that?”
“I wasn’t looking at her,” Darion replied, his expression still frosty as he finally tore his gaze away.
“I was just watching the stars,” he said coolly.
Jason rolled his eyes so hard it was a wonder they didn’t get stuck.
“Darion, even a dog wouldn’t believe that,” Jason snorted.
Darion had been standing there ever since Sebastian walked into the building, five hours straight.
Jason was already feeling exhausted just watching him.
And as for Sebastian, Jason had no idea what was taking him so long.
They weren’t even that close. What could they possibly have to talk about for so long?
Jason couldn’t stand the guy.
Darion asked, “Has your sister found out anything about what I need from abroad?”
Jason sighed. “No news. She’s gone off the grid again. I can’t get in touch with her.”
Darion’s brows furrowed a bit.
If she’d gone off the grid, it meant she was somewhere dangerous, needing to keep her head down and stay off the radar. So she couldn’t risk contacting anyone on the outside.
Just then, the front door of the building opened, and Sebastian stepped out.
Jason’s eyes lit up. “Darion, he’s out. Let’s go.”
Darion gave him an icy, lingering look.
Jason rubbed his nose and flashed him an awkward, goofy smile.
Sebastian took the side path straight home, not even noticing the two nearby.
Darion shifted his gaze, and right at that moment, his phone started ringing.
He checked the screen. It was Ryan calling.

“Hello?” Darion answered.

Ryan said, “Mr. Blackburn, two things. First, I went to the place where we last spotted Mrs. Blackburn, but the place was deserted. I couldn’t find any new leads. Sorry, that’s on me. Second, we’ve found the guy who grabbed her bag earlier today. Do you want to meet him?”
“Where is he?” Darion asked.
“At an abandoned factory on the outskirts of town,” Ryan replied.
Darkness blanketed the quiet neighborhood.
Thalia had just finished her shower and was about to get into bed when her phone suddenly rang.
She glanced at the screen and hung up without a second thought.
But the caller was relentless, blowing up her phone over and over again.
Thalia frowned, but answered anyway. “Yeah? What is it?”
“Come down.”
Darion’s tone was cold, and you could hear the impatience in his voice.
Thalia let out a soft laugh. “What do you want? Just say it.”
