I Divorced You Now You Beg (Thalia and Darion) novel Chapter 54

Chapter 54 Is That Final?

Trenton suddenly turned to Darion, eyes wide with disbelief. “You had a vasectomy?”

Thalia let out a bitter, mocking laugh. “None of you knew? He got himself sterilized just so he could raise

another man’s child. After everything he’s done to me, how could I not hate him?”

Trenton’s hand trembled as he pointed at Darion. “You… you fool! How could you do that? Looking after Keith is one thing, but why go as far as a vasectomy? Don’t you want a child of your own?”

Sandra was just as stunned. “Darion, how could you be so reckless?”

The news was so explosive that the servants didn’t dare make a sound.

Without realizing it, they looked at Thalia with more compassion.

Darion’s dark, sharp eyes bore into her, his aura growing even colder and more oppressive.

Thalia looked around, wiped her face, and said, “If you won’t divorce me, I’ll do something even more extreme. Maybe I’ll take Keith away, throw him off the roof, or drown him in the river…”

“Divorce her. You must! If you don’t divorce her, I’m no longer your grandma!” Sandra snapped.

The shock of Darion’s vasectomy faded quickly, overshadowed by the terror of Thalia’s threats.

Right now, she looked utterly deranged, as if she really would go through with something so unhinged.

Sandra wasn’t about to take that risk.

She didn’t care why Darion had gotten a vasectomy. But now, Keith was the Blackburn family’s only heir, and she couldn’t afford to let Thalia hurt him.

Trenton’s face was a mix of conflict and anger. He looked at Thalia, then at Darion, and after a moment of silence, said in a deep, heavy tone, “Fine, divorce her.

“My daughter married you, and you’ve pushed her to this point after all these years. And now you’ve even gotten a vasectomy? How much more of her life are you going to waste?”

Elders from both families agreed.

All eyes turned to Darion, the weight of the moment pressing down on him.

His hands clenched into tight fists, his sharp, handsome face twisted with agony.

He locked his gaze on Thalia, his voice strained and barely above a whisper. “Is that final?”

“Yes.” Thalia’s answer was unwavering.

She held his stare, calm and resolute, no trace of hesitation in her eyes.

“Alright.” Darion forced the word out…

He didn’t look back once. He turned and walked away, each step rigid with pain he could barely hold in.

“Where are you going? Get back here!” Sandra shouted, her face contorted with frustration as she tried to call

him back.

But Darion was quickly out of sight.

Sandra clutched her chest, her voice trembling with anger. “He’s trying to piss me off! How did a nice birthday party turn into such a mess? Take me to the hospital. I need to see Keith.”

The servant could only wheel her out.

Trenton gave Thalia a cold, conflicted stare. “You’ve really gone too far this time. Why take it out on the kid? What did he ever do to you?”

Thalia glanced at him. “Aren’t you supposed to be taking care of your darling Miya?”

“You!” Trenton barked. He waved his hand in frustration. “You’re helpless.”

When everyone was gone, the living room went completely quiet.
