I Divorced You Now You Beg (Thalia and Darion) novel Chapter 568

Chapter 568

Jason sat on the floor, breathing unevenly, his face looking pale and unwell.

Thalia suddenly turned to Darion and asked, “If you and him fought, who would win?”

Darion raised an eyebrow. “You want to see?”

A playful smirk tugged at his lips as he looked at her, with a hint of mischief in his eyes.

“If you want a show, it’ll cost you,” he said with a grin.

Thalia turned her gaze away, expression flat. “I’ll pass.”

Darion let out a soft chuckle.

Jason chimed in from the side, “Thalia, you have no idea how good Darion is. Dax can’t beat him.”

Thalia’s eyes flickered as she glanced at Dax, who just gave an awkward little cough and stayed silent.

Thalia’s curiosity only grew.

‘Seriously? Is that true?’ Thalia wondered.

‘Dax can’t take Darion down?’

She’d witnessed Darion’s ruthless side when he lost control, but Dax was tough in his own right.

Her gaze shifted back to Darion, who had already taken off his jacket and was leisurely unbuttoning his shirt cuffs.

Seeing this, her eyes flickered.

Darion stood up and said, “Alright, let’s see what you’ve got.”

Dax didn’t say anything.

He wasn’t exactly eager to do this.

But when he saw Thalia’s eyes light up with excitement, he figured he couldn’t really refuse.

Alright, guess I have no choice.

Let’s do this, he thought.

Dax looked at him and let out a couple of nervous chuckles. “Mr. Blackburn, go easy on me, alright? I’m no match for you.”

Darion stood there, relaxed, a faint smile playing on his sharp, handsome features. “It’s just a friendly spar

Jason quickly got up and moved aside, cracking open a bottle of water and taking a sip. “Thalia, I’m not kidding. Darion’s seriously badass.”

Thalia didn’t say a word, just watched the two men standing in the middle of the room.

Their vibes couldn’t have been more different

Chapter 308

One was tall and lean, radiating an air of cold, aristocratic elegance, every move he made screamed born to rule

The other was big and burly, with a rough, straightforward charm and a bold, easygoing vibe

The size difference was obvious, so Thalia just couldn’t help feeling doubtful

Before she knew it, the two guys were already moving!

When Thalia saw Dax hurl his sandbag-sized fist straight at Darion’s face, she couldn’t help but think. Oh crap. Darion’s about to get his face busted up.

That punch is gonna turn his face into a pancake!

She shut her eyes tight on instinct, but couldn’t resist cracking one eye open to sneak a look.

But to her shock, Darion dodged Dax’s punch like it was nothing. He grabbed Dax’s arm, flung him away, pulled him right back, then spun and floored him, all in one fluid motion.

Thalia was totally stunned.

Her eyes nearly popped out of her head. She couldn’t believe what she was seeing.

‘See? Didn’t I tell you, Thalia?” Jason cheered from the sidelines, showing off like he’d just revealed a hidden treasure as he looked at her.

Thalia’s jaw dropped, and after a long moment she finally managed, “I thought I knew what to expect, but I never imagined it’d be this easy.”

Jason let out a sigh. “Darion hasn’t gotten into a real fight in ages. Back then, if someone even looked at him funny, he’d throw hands. People were so freaked out by him, they’d start shaking just seeing him.”

He paused, then glanced at Thalia. “Even though you two were already together, Darion was worried that side of him would scare you, so he never brought it up around you, and made sure you never saw that part of him.”

Hearing this, Thalia’s long lashes quivered. She honestly had no clue about any of this.
