I Divorced You Now You Beg (Thalia and Darion) novel Chapter 701

Chapter 701 Vicious

Natasha quickly jabbed a few needles into Helen, and Helen took a deep breath,

suddenly snapping awake.

Her face was pale as she clung desperately to Natasha’s hand, then turned to Darion.” Is what he said true, Darion? Is everything he said real?”

Darion asked, “Didn’t my dad come back? Didn’t he tell you anything?”

Helen opened her mouth, but for a moment, no words came out.

After Richard Blackburn returned to Oakwood, he didn’t even bother going back to the old family house. Instead, he headed straight for the cemetery, booked a room at a nearby hotel, and spent every day at Emely’s grave, staying there from morning till night.

Of course, Richard had no clue.

Helen covered her face, her muffled sobs filling the room. “How could this happen? How did things end up like this? Keith is still just a child. How could she be so heartless? He’s her own flesh and blood!”

She was overwhelmed with grief and rage.

She couldn’t stop picturing Keith as a little boy. Her pain grew even deeper, almost suffocating her.

The room was filled with Helen’s sobs, and no one said a word.

After a long while, Helen finally managed to pull herself together. She wiped away her tears with a tissue and asked, “Where’s Miya?”\

Dax answered, “We’ve set her up in a small house on the outskirts of town.”

“Take me there,” Helen said.

She stood up, her expression hardening.

Dax hesitated. “Are you sure you can handle this in your current state?”

Helen gritted her teeth. “I have to go. I need to ask her what was going through her mind.”

She couldn’t rest until she confronted Miya and made her pay.

‘She’s so cruel!

‘How could a mother be so heartless?’ she wondered.

Dax glanced at Darion and asked, “Are you okay with your mom going?”

Darion said, “Go with her.”

Chapter 701 VICIOUS

Dax nodded. “Alright, let’s go.”

Helen stormed out of the room, her whole body practically burning with rage. Natasha finally spoke up. “This is absolutely shocking. A mother poisoning her own child, leaving him disabled for life? Is this even something a human could do?”

Thalia glanced at her, a hint of envy flickering in her eyes.

Natasha had grown up surrounded by love and hadn’t seen much of the world’s darkness. That pure innocence. Thalia really wished she could have it too.

She turned to Darion and typed, “Did you ever tell her about this?”

Darion gave a casual nod. “There’s no need. She’ll figure it out when the time comes.”

But Thalia’s eyes flickered with a strange glint.

When Helen found out about Darion’s injury, she’d be worried and upset. If she learned about Keith’s situation at the same time, it could really push her over the edge.

That was why Darion kept it from her.

If Dax hadn’t barged in so recklessly, Helen probably wouldn’t have found out about Keith until she got back to Oakwood.

At least she would’ve had some time to brace herself.

Looking at it now, Darion really was thinking about Helen’s well-being. He truly cared for his mother after all.
