Sebastian gave a faint smile. “Exactly. Couples shouldn’t act like strangers. That’s why those who just pretend to be together but are actually miles apart end up feeling guilty.”

Thalia was left speechless.

She typed on her phone, then looked up at Ms. Perry with a smile. “Ms. Perry, the prescription you gave me really worked.”

Ms. Perry had been watching the drama unfold, and when Thalia spoke to her, she smiled. “Really? Let me hear you try to speak now.”

Thalia nodded, trying her best to speak. She still couldn’t get out a full sentence, but at least she could manage a single word now.

“Not bad,” Ms. Perry said, nodding. “Come, sit down. Let me check you over again.”

Thalia nodded and sat down next to Ms. Perry.

Sebastian turned and supported Darion’s arm, saying, “Mr. Blackburn, sit here.”

time.”

Sebastian nodded. “Nice to meet you, Dr. Riley. Ms. Perry told me your approach is impressive. Looks like your prescriptions are a great match and should help them recover even faster.”

Natasha nodded eagerly. “I really admire you, Ms. Perry, so I’d love to learn from you.”

She walked right up to Ms. Perry, her eyes sparkling. “Hi, Ms. Perry, I’m Natasha Riley.”

Ms. Perry smiled. “Hello, Dr. Riley.”

Natasha looked a little embarrassed. “Ms. Perry, just call me Natasha. I’m here to learn, so I hope you can give me some pointers.”
