Chapter 760 Don’t Mess With My Feelings
Thalia smiled faintly and typed on her phone, “What do you want to eat tonight?”
Natasha thought for a moment and said, “Is there a night market around here? You know, the kind that’s packed with people, tons of street food, and super lively?”
Thalia thought for a moment, nodded, and then called Howard over.
She gave him the address of the night market.
Howard laughed and said, “I’ve heard that place is pretty lively, but I never had the chance to check it out.”
Natasha said, “Perfect! Let’s go together tonight.”
Then she turned to Thalia, looking puzzled. “Wait, aren’t you a rich girl? How come you know about a place where regular folks hang out, like a night market?”
Thalia was momentarily speechless, then typed, “I’m just a regular person, you know. I live a normal life too.”
Natasha chuckled. “Sorry, I guess I was just stereotyping you.”
Thalia kept typing. “When we were in college, Darion and I hung out at the night market all the time.”
Natasha raised an eyebrow. “So you two were pretty close back then, huh?”
‘Yeah,’ Thalia replied, nodding.
Before they got married, their relationship was always great. Miya was barely a presence between them.
Thalia hardly ever went home during college, and any conflicts with her family were just minor squabbles. Compared to what happened later, those were nothing.
Most of their sweet, happy memories were from college.
After graduation, they got married, but not long after, Emely passed away, and everything changed…
Thalia took a deep breath, forcing herself to pull away from that suffocating pain.
Natasha couldn’t help but sigh. “So even if you date for years, it still might not work out? There are always all kinds of twists and turns. Honestly, it just makes me even more determined not to bother with guys anymore.”
Thalia looked at her with her clear, earnest eyes and typed, “Don’t think like that. Everyone’s different. Maybe you’ll meet someone who’s your forever. Love’s worth a shot. It can be amazing.”

Natasha waved her hand. “Nope, I’m happy right now. I don’t want anyone messing with my feelings. That just wouldn’t be me anymore.”
Thalia smiled, seeing how determined Natasha was, and didn’t say anything more. As the evening sun scattered its golden rays across the sky, the night market was already packed and buzzing. The mix of street food smells hit you the second you walked in, so many delicious options, you just couldn’t decide what to eat first.
Natasha’s eyes sparkled as soon as she arrived. Everywhere she looked, she wanted to eat everything in sight.
She held onto Thalia’s hand the whole time, asking her at each stand, “Do you want to try this?”
Thalia quickly typed, “How about we just get one of everything? We can share, so we get to try even more together.”
