Chapter 324 An Unexpected Question
The article they had praised and voted for was precisely on stem cells.
And now, the one with full marks was Oriana’s.
But after seeing Leo’s draft, they were even more certain they had voted for Oriana’s paper.
Could it really be such a coincidence that both had chosen the same theme?

As they pondered this, Yael spoke again, “It’s quite a coincidence this time. Both students chose stem cell research as their theme. In that case, let’s display both drafts together for everyone. The comparison will be more direct!”
As he finished speaking, the two thesis drafts appeared on the screen.
The
murs that had started about their identical themes instantly died down as everyone focused their attention entirely on the articles.
Luna resisted, her heart sinking like a stone.
She was forced to look at Oriana’s article along with everyone else.
But when she saw the title and the first paragraph, her eyes widened in utter disbelief, and she froze completely-
It was different. Oriana’s article was completely different from the one she had copied?!
Luna broke free from Grant’s embrace and rushed towards the screen.
Her eyes darted rapidly, her gaze scanning every line of the article attributed to Oriana. The shock that had been so evident on her face was visibly replaced by a wave of relief. It’s different! Oriana’s paper has changed!
She didn’t have to worry about the plagiarism being discovered!
But soon, as she read further into the content, both her reason and perception clearly recognized the brilliance and standout qualities of Oriana’s new version. Luna couldn’t help but burn with anger.
That bitch was holding out! She tricked me with the most basic draft, making me lose the ranking!
If… if I had seen this version in the library, and had Mr. Flint and Leo refine it, first place would have been mine!
I wouldn’t have suffered this humiliation for nothing!
Oriana, I underestimated you!
Jealousy and hatred filled Luna’s eyes, but her expression had relaxed, feeling she had dodged a bullet.
Unbeknownst to her, every shift in her emotions was observed by Oriana.

Chapter 324 An Unexpected Question
Watching Luna sigh in relief, then later grind her teeth, Oriana’s lips curled in a mocking smile.
She could roughly trace Luna’s train of thought.
What she found even more ridiculous was the regret and resentment in Luna’s gaze—was she disappointed she hadn’t copied the right version from the start?
Oriana let out a cold laugh, her expression turning completely grim.
This time, the silence in the conference room lasted even longer.

They read with rapt attention, hung on every word, carefully absorbing Oriana’s article from start to finish.
The Sterling family also leaned in to look, trying to find where Oriana was supposedly better than Luna!
After a long while, Bramwell sneered, “I don’t see what’s so great about it. This got full marks? I won’t believe there wasn’t foul play!”
Someone behind him retorted coldly, “Oh, shut up. Anyone with professional eyes can see which one is better at a glance.”
Bramwell’s face flushed red. He was about to erupt but was held back by Evelyn.
Evelyn couldn’t understand it either. She was ignorant but self–aware, so she kept quiet, looking chastened.
Owen, however, frowned. “Hers is better. More argument points than Luna’s, with stronger divergent thinking and logic.”
Grant looked pleasantly surprised.
Just based on the writing skill, Oriana’s article was eye–opening.
He was shocked; he hadn’t expected Oriana to excel so much in this area.
Even though he’d always known Oriana had top grades since childhood, he was surprised she handled such specialized content with such ease, not lagging behind Cormac’s star student Leo in the slightest. It indicated she had immense latent potential yet to be tapped.
Perhaps, in the not–too–distant future, she could carve out her own path in this field with her passion and dedication!
Grant’s blood ran hot with excitement.
