A massive white snowball came crashing down from the sky, moving as fast as lightning.

With a loud “Bang,” it slammed right onto the Red Phosphorus Python’s head.

Leeanne heard a sickening crunch, like something had been smashed to pieces.

The tip of her nose brushed against the Little Seal’s soft, short fur.

Little Seal instantly returned to its small, adorable form, not a single drop of blood on it.

It blinked its big, adorable eyes at Leeanne, looking super cute. “Shrimpy? Shrimpy!”

Leeanne saw the Red Phosphorus Python’s head smashed to bits, and its body suddenly went limp, collapsing softly to the ground.

The Red Phosphorus Python was dead.

She let out a long breath, thinking, ‘I almost got strangled, then nearly crushed to death. That was way too close.

She swallowed back her nausea, grabbed her spear, and gingerly sifted through the heap of gore.

At last, beneath a pile of ruined flesh, she found the red orb.

It was about the size of a rubber ball, perfectly unharmed, and glowing faintly red.

Little Seal also caught sight of it and bolted over, eager to snatch it for itself.

After tidying up the battlefield, Leeanne gathered her little companions and made her way back to the wooden boat.

Still, she called Little Blue and Snowy over and asked, “Did either of you get hurt?”

Little Blue tried to cover up the bald spot on his wing, then strutted around like a boss. “Hurt? Who do you think I am? That was a puny snake! Not a single feather out of place, see?”

Leeanne patted Little Blue. “Nice work! I’ll grab you a cherry in a bit.”

Little Blue wagged its tail happily. “Yay, awesome.”

Leeanne brought Snowy over.

Snowy looked a little down. “Master, I think my back got a bit hurt. It doesn’t hurt, just feels kind of numb. And… I’m feeling a little dizzy, too…”

Leeanne quickly checked and found two big bite marks on the left side of Snowy’s back. Blood was oozing out, already dark and blackened.

Leeanne’s heart sank.

She thought, ‘Damn, Snowy’s poisoned.

Leeanne quickly opened the trading hall and traded for a Bitter Lotus Herb.

With all the ingredients in hand, she whipped up two doses of Antidote Powder right away.

By now, Snowy was totally lost in its own world, wandering around the deck with its head tilted to one side. It spotted Little

Blue.

Little Blue teased, “Hey, Snowy, did you turn into a wonky–necked sheep or something?”

With its head still tilted, Snowy wandered over, spotted the dazed Little Seal, and cheered up instantly. “Whoa, my mount. My mount’s finally here. Little Seal, is that you?”

It trotted over and plopped itself right down on Little Seal.

Snowy wasn’t big, but it sure was strong.

As soon as Snowy sat down, the chubby, round Little Seal got squished flat and wailed, “Uwaaah! Help! Somebody save me.”

Little Blue was hopping mad, but still worried enough to stomp over to Leeanne. “What are you doing? Don’t you see your favorite lamb skewer is going nuts over there?”

Leeanne ignored the chaos around her, zeroing in on the Antidote Powder’s description.
