The prince sat on the giant seashell, head bowed and completely motionless, his hands lying slack on his lap. He was clearly fast asleep.

It was already a minute past eleven, and the prince was still snoozing.

Everyone glanced at each other in confusion.

Rodger let out a sigh of relief and whispered to Danelle, “Leeanne is on her way. Let the prince sleep a little longer.”

Enrique, who was nearby, looked up in surprise but didn’t say a word. He just nodded slightly and shushed the people around him.

Jared whispered to Callum, “Should we really keep waiting? If we do, what if Leeanne actually manages to get here?”

Even though he was sure Leeanne couldn’t beat Bailey, he still didn’t want Leeanne to have it easy.

Bailey sat up straight and called out loudly, “Prince Elvis, are we starting now?”

Someone immediately protested, “Leeanne and Valentine haven’t even arrived yet. Bailey, can’t you wait a little longer?”

Emmett snorted, “She’s no fool. She wouldn’t dare wait. If she does, she’ll be out of the game entirely.”

Bailey’s expression grew stern. “The announcement said we start at eleven. If we don’t, who knows what could happen? Are we really going to risk everyone here just for a couple of people?”

She was getting restless. “Elvis, it’s already time. Are we starting the Cloudship Song Gala?”

She couldn’t wait to steal the spotlight on this big stage.

She glanced at the chat feed. People were already filming everything. After the Cloudship Song Gala, everyone will see just how powerful I really am,‘ she thought.

The merman prince kept taking his time, yawning again, and not even responding.

Bailey pressed, “Prince Elvis, shall we start?”

She paused, realizing her affection meter with the merman prince had just dropped by one point.

‘No, I can’t keep nagging him. If I say anything else and my affection meter drops again, I might end up lower than Gideon and Danelle, Bailey thought.

She then fell silent.

The merman prince slowly swept his gaze over everyone once more, then said, “Alright, let’s get started!”
