The Double Drop Buff Surviving The Endless Ocean novel Chapter 277

Leeanne couldn’t be bothered with her and called out to the players gathering Lunara Blossoms in the yard, “Just pick a few, and leave some for the owner.”

The group exchanged glances, then went on picking.

Bailey said, Leeanne, you sure didn’t say that when you were uprooting other NPCstrees.

Leeanne replied, Which is why the NPCs ended up chasing me!

With that, she quickly left the yard.

She knew saying it wouldn’t change anything, but she still said it out loudjust so nobody could blame her later.

Outside the yard, Liam was still singing at the top of his lungs, I’m a little painter

He was slapping big chunks of mud onto the outer wall, and now the wall was a total mess.

Leeanne was speechless.

Forget it. There’s no saving this, and I don’t even want to try,’ she thought.

She wandered around the island, but nothing interesting caught her eye, so she sat down under a tree to rest.

Enrique walked over, holding up the Lunara Blossoms in his hand. I only picked two. That should be enough, right?

Leeanne nodded. That’s plenty.

Where are all these evil mermaids for the players to kill anyway?she thought.

Enrique glanced at the players bustling in and out. I saw some people picking more than ten Lunara Blossoms. Are they asking for trouble?

Leeanne glanced over. If my guess is right, they’re in big trouble.

Luminara was even more petty than Bob.

Leeanne had been chased by Bob so many times, barely escaping with her life each time. She wondered if those players would be able to get away unscathed when Luminara came after them.

Enrique nodded and sat down next to her.

Gideon had already come out earlier and was resting under the tree.

The players tried to call Emmett in, but the system kept saying it wasn’t allowed, so he never managed to join them.

Rodger and Danelle only picked one or two blossoms and came out as well.

The group was chatting under the tree. Besides them, Valentine had also come out early, holding just two Lunara Blossoms in his hand.

He was the kind of guy who actually took advice.

Soon, the hour was up, and the system announcement echoed through the air:

Chapter 277

[Time’s up. Players will now be teleported back to their rafts. 10, 9, 83, 2, 1.

With a sudden jolt, Leeanne found herself back on her raft.

Leeanne first took the Lunara Blossom she’d dug up and planted it in the mystical cherry grove, then came back out.

The chat channel was heated, but not in a good way. People were flaming Leeanne.

Bailey said: [Leeanne, why did you lock the room and keep everyone out? What did you find in your room on Lunara Blossom Island?]

Leeanne said: [If you’re so curious, go back and see for yourself.]

Leeanne just ignored Bailey.

Bailey said: [And another thingwhy are you the only one not feeling dizzy? We’re all sluggish from the Lunara Blossoms, but you’re totally fine. You’re way quicker than us, I’ve noticed. What’s up with that?]

Leeanne said: [Guess it’s because I’m the GM?]

Emmett said: [Trust me, she’s the GM. Bailey, give it a rest, or she’ll nuke your account.]

Bailey said: [You’re all just making things up.]

Emmett said: [See? You just can’t accept the truth. What can we do?]

Danelle said: [Where are her parents? Someone come get this wild kid.]

Callum said: [Bailey, that’s enough.]

Bailey said: [Leeanne, why won’t you let us pick more Lunara Blossoms?]

Bailey said: [Wow, you just can’t stand seeing anyone else get ahead. You cut down almost all the trees on the nonplayer character island, but you won’t let us pick any flowers from the NPCs.]

Leeanne said: [You picked about a dozen, and I didn’t even stop you.]

Finally, someone couldn’t take it anymore.

[Bailey, seriously, can you stop whining? She just made a suggestion. Whether you listened or not was up to you. You still went and picked all the Lunara Blossoms in the end, didn’t you?]

[Exactly! Leeanne only said something, she never actually stopped you.]

[Where are her parents? Someone come get this wild kid.]

Leeanne had already shut off her chat screen.

She really didn’t want to bicker with Bailey anymore. That girl always got fixated on things, and once she did, nothing could snap her out of itno matter what anyone

said.

Let her dad handle her for once, Leeanne thought.

Leeanne was thinking about something elseabout Mila, the little mermaid.

Now that the players had Lunara Blossoms, Mila was in real danger. Leeanne just couldn’t believe Mila was one of those evil

mermaids.

She kept picturing Mila riding her surfboard right up to her, sunny and carefree, with those crystalclear eyes.

How could someone like her be evil?Leeanne just couldn’t relax, always feeling uneasy about it.

After thinking for a moment, Leeanne took out a Lunara Blossom and waved at the Little Seal. Little Seal, come over here!

The Little Seal pointed eagerly at the breeding tank. “Wah! They’re done!

Leeanne shook her head. You counted wrong, buddy. They won’t be fully grown until tomorrow

The Little Seal drooped, letting out a disappointed Wah

Leeanne said. Stop making noise. Your friend Mila might be in danger!

The Little Seal hurried over. Wah? Danger?

Leeanne handed it the Lunara Blossom. Just give this to Mila, and if she wants, ask her to come by.

Seeing the Little Seal hesitate, she added, You only need to give it to her. Whether she comes or not is totally up to her

The Little Seal nodded. Okay!

Clutching the Lunara Blossom in its mouth, the Little Seal tumbled off the raft and swam away, full of excitement.

It was gone for quite a while. Even after Leeanne had finished her lunch, there was still no sign of it.

Meanwhile, the players who got their hands on Lunara Blossoms were already getting busy:

How are you guys using the Lunara Blossoms? I tied mine to the front of my raft and waited ages, but no evil mermaids showed up.”

I put them at both the front and back of my raft, and still nothing!

I’m freaking out here. Are there even any evil mermaids or what?
