Leeanne scanned the sea, but it was calm, not a single chest in sight.

Since there was nothing out there, she figured she might as well crack open the chests she’d saved from yesterday.

Her luck had been pretty lousy then, so now was the perfect time to take advantage of Maximum Luck.

Leeanne happened to have both the cloth and spatial stone ready. She crafted the upgrade right away, and once it was done, her backpack now held 15 slots.

She’d been really bummed about her backpack space, her weapons and tools hogged six slots, leaving just four. There was nowhere to stash any cool loot she found.

It was the perfect timing to get this item.

With a big grin, Leeanne eagerly popped open the last chest.

Even if nothing else came out, just getting that backpack upgrade made today a total win.

She got a DM almost instantly. It was Rodger Hey, you need a spatial stone? I’ve got one for you!]

Rodger sent her the spatial stone without a second thought.

Leeanne thought for a second, then accepted it. She replied. [Thanks!!

She immediately expanded her backpack by another 10 slots. Now she had 25 slots in total, more than enough for anything she might need.

After cracking open all the chests, Leeanne headed back to the mystical cherry grove.

She gathered up the spring onion and cabbage seeds and replanted them. Since the strawberry seeds had finished drying yesterday, she went ahead and planted a whole bunch more.

She also planted all the beans she’d gotten yesterday.

Once she wrapped up her chores, Leeanne left the grove, ready to sit down and enjoy a proper breakfast. Training was coming up soon.

As soon as she stepped out, Leeanne caught sight of some greenery and patches of gray stone in the distance.

‘An island!‘ Leeanne thought, her eyes widening in surprise.

She’d run into another island again.

As the raft got closer, towering rocks and a couple of huge trees on the island came into view.

Leeanne could barely contain her excitement.

Just then, Camelia sent a message. [Ready to start training?”

Leeanne replied right away: [Not today. I’ve got something else going on.]

She kept her eyes locked on the island, and as soon as she got close, she grabbed the iron anchor and hurled it onto the shore.

The Sea Demon Vine piped up, “Leeanne, are you heading to that island?”

Leeanne replied, “Yep, Viney. While I’m out, make sure to guard our raft, okay?”

With the Sea Demon Vine on watch, Leeanne could leave with zero worries now.

The Sea Demon Vine chimed in with a playful tone, “Of course, Leeanne. But you really don’t have to make it so complicated!”

With a quick whip, its vine shot out far and hooked right onto a big rock by the shore. “See? Isn’t that super secure?” it boasted.

Leeanne nodded, grinning. “Viney, you’re awesome!”

She didn’t really have much experience with kids, but her nephew’s grandparents always said to give them lots of praise.

Sure enough, the Sea Demon Vine started wiggling its vines in excitement, puffing up with pride. “With me here, we don’t even need that dumb rock. Our raft’s not going anywhere!”

“That’s right, Viney. You’re the absolute best little cutie!” Leeanne praised it again.

Then, she messaged the Assault Squad chat: [Found an island! Everyone, get ready, I’ll gather you once I’m ashore!”

She sent a picture of the island.

The Assault Squad chat instantly lit up with excitement.

Danelle: [Leeanne, you’re insanely lucky. This island looks huge, it’s big enough to keep us busy for two days!]

Rodger: [Chill out. Get your weapons and tools ready. We only have one day. After that, the island’s gone.]

Danelle: [Yeah, I know! Sticking with Leeanne means we always score some real meat. She’s our lucky star, no, our super lucky star!]

Danelle: [Leeanne, from now on, I’m your ride–or–die teammate, never leaving, always together, even in death!]

Rodger: [Are you planning to marry her?]

Danelle: [Oh, if Leeanne’s cool with it, I’m totally down!]

Leeanne grinned. [Alright, I need to get ready too. Talk to you all in a bit!]

Good thing William spoke up, otherwise, she’d have to ping him directly.

After closing the group chat, Leeanne started packing up the stuff she needed to bring.

Tools like the iron axe, iron pickaxe, iron shovel, and lighter were must–haves. They took up four slots in her backpack.

She also had to bring her weapons, including the bisonhorn bow, feathered arrows, dagger, and soft whip, which took up another four slots.

After thinking it over, Leeanne wrapped the soft whip around her wrist and hid it under her sleeve. That way, one more slot would free up.

She also grabbed five spike traps and five capture nets. She’d made them ahead of time, just in case she found an island. Those took up another two slots.
