Riley smiled and told Beta Park just to step forward. Taking a new memory crystal out of her pocket, she placed it on his forehead. “Now just think about that day.” She said. Beta Park closed his eye and thought
about that day.
He was imagining Karisma attacking his daughter and Roger without provocation. Then he attacked him with those blood red eyes full of anger. His wolf, Ray, was snarling at him. ‘That is not the truth. You spoiled our pup into being so entitled that she hurt that girl first.’ Beta Park resisted the urge to growl.‘ Shut the fuck up, mutt. We need to protect our pup and the son of our gamma.‘ Park snarled at his wolf.
Ray snorted. ‘You honestly think that your will alone will alter the memories that Riley is extracting. You are just digging yourself a deeper hole, human.’ Ray snapped before cutting off the link. Beta Park opened his eyes when he felt the crystal being removed from his forehead.
“And to ensure that you can not say I altered anything. My brother with invoke the crystal to play the memory.” She said, handing the crystal over to Kai, Riley stepped back to her spot. Kai held the crystal out and infused it with magic. Just like before, the crystal began to glow, and then a giant image was once again playing on the wall as if it were playing a movie on the TV.
Beta Park’s smug satisfaction left him when it showed Roger taking a swing at Karisma and her shoving his face into the dirt. “Then what the hell do you call a bunch of scumbag ankle bitters who set traps up in the woods… traps, I mind you, that anyone could have fallen into?” Karisma’s voice came from the wall.
Then Beta Park showed up and threw Karisma off of Roger. Luca and Kai both growled as they saw Karisma being flung into a nearby tree. Beta Park was about to speak until he heard his own voice filling the room. “What the fuck do you think you are doing? Attacking another student, and the gamma’s son at that, those are grounds for expulsion.” The image of Beta Park growled out.
Pride filled Kai as he watched the image of Karisma standing tall. Not backing down from the beta and growling back at him. “Then what the hell do you call wounding an alpha’s daughter with a silver trap?” She
snarled out.
With a snort of disgust, Beta Park had looked down at the bloodied trap and then back at Karisma. “You are no alpha’s daughter.” He said.
With that, Kai had lost his composure and gripped the crystal so tightly that he had crushed it in his palm.” Not an alpha’s daughter? Hmmm, I find that statement to be very interesting.” Melody said with ice in her tone. Beta Park looked from the queen to Riley… “H–h–how…” Riley giggled and stepped forward. “How did I get the original memory and not the thought that you were concentrating so hard on?” She asked in a
sweet tone.
Within seconds, her eyes and voice turned dark and dangerous. “I told you that altering a memory takes a great deal of magic and skill that only a witch or warlock possesses. You and I have neither, so the

memory is as it was when it happened.” Then she looked bored and shrugged her shoulders. “Besides,
your thoughts are always at the front of your mind while the memories are located in the back.”
Before Beta Park could argue more about the matter, Kai stepped forward and grabbed the beta by the
front of his shirt. “I would suggest that you shut your mouth and sit your ass down.” He snarled in a low
and menacing tone, before shoving the beta back towards his seat next to his alpha.
Alpha Damian glared at Kai but said nothing. He knew that he was no match for a dragon warrior, and
especially one that was of alpha blood himself. Luca then cleared his throat for everyone’s attention. “I
think we have everything we need. It is time for us to bring this trial to its conclusion.” He said, looking coldly towards Alpha Damian and his group.
“But you majesty…” Alpha Damian called out, but was cut off when Alistar walked up and threw a bunch of
papers into the air. Showering the alpha with the evidence of his crimes. “These are all the crimes you
have comment, all would be considered petty, but they add up.” Alistar said as he glared at Alpha Damian.
“You harassed any pack member within your own pack that is of a mixed mating, or that their mate is
anything other than a wolf.” He said.
“Haha. Harass? Now, why would I harass my own pack members?” Alpha Damian asked. “To indoctrinate that only pure blooded bonds are strongest. Not even realizing that you are spitting in the Moon Goddess’s
face with beliefs like that.” Ambrose said from his spot.
“Who do the two of you think you are to speak to me in such a manner? You are nothing but children with no manners!” Alpha Damian roared. Derrick grabbed the back of his father’s neck and slammed his head, face–first, into the ground. Luna Lucy gasped. “Derrick!” She shouted. “The only ones with no manners are you lot that were in charge of our pack.” He said in a calm tone.
Alpha Damian grunted and struggled to break out of his son’s hold. “I think it’s time that we take over the pack and set everything back to right.” Derrick said. That statement caused Alpha Damian to snarl and
struggle more, but his son’s grip was iron–strong.
“I think that is a wise decision, young alpha. You, your beta, your gamma, and your mates will all ascend to the be ranks members as of today.” Melody said as she stood to her feet. “As for your families, they will be
stripped of their ranks and demoted to omegas. Park and Roger will both be sentenced to ten years in jail, for assault with the intent to kill, so they will be shipped off to Blacktomb Maximum Security Prison within
the Blacktomb pack in Alaska.” She continued.
“What about Tessa?” Luna Elsa asked. “She was my daughter’s biggest tormentor as well, so please don’t allow her to be punished so lightly, your grace.” Luna Elsa pleaded with her neck bared. “Mother.” Karisma
gripped her mother’s hand to help soothe her and her wolf.
Melody smiled and nodded. “As she was nothing more than a mere immature bully, she will serve the next five years in the Wildlands Juvenile Holding Center within the Wildlands pack of Arazon. Hopefully, some strict discipline and hard labor will straighten her out before she ends up in Blacktomb with her father.” Melody said
Tessa let out a whine. “You can’t do that! I don’t do hot weather or hard labor.” Tessa whined. Alistar
