Unloved Unwanted Unstoppable (Seraphina and Dominic) novel Chapter 183

Seraphina breathed a sigh of relief.

"That's wonderful news. Just make sure she gets plenty of rest."

Having already placed her order with the staff, Seraphina didn't intend to linger. She bid Tristan a polite farewell and stepped out of the bakery.

Tristan watched her retreating figure, shaking his head slightly. He never realized until now how little Seraphina cared for claiming credit.

He turned his gaze back to the cashier. "What was Ms. Sinclair doing here?"

This bakery happened to be a subsidiary of his company. The manager, recognizing the boss, quickly explained exactly what Seraphina had ordered.

Tristan nodded thoughtfully. "Make a grand opening cake for me as well. I'll need it tomorrow."

He paused for a moment before adding, "Comp Ms. Sinclair's order from earlier. From now on, any cake for her or her family is on the house."

Having given his instructions, Tristan exited the bakery. Glancing in the direction Seraphina had vanished, a faint smirk touched his lips before he strode off the opposite way.

The next day, Clara's bakery opened right on schedule.

Vibrant floral arrangements lined the entrance, adorned with bright red ribbons, creating a wonderfully festive atmosphere.

Seraphina had taken the day off from work to help out bright and early.

Zachary was crouched by the door, adjusting the displays.

Arthur was bustling about, keeping everything organized.

With two newly hired employees on shift, the little shop looked impressively professional.

Clara emerged from the kitchen, balancing a tray of freshly baked pastries and warmly inviting everyone to take a bite.

The atmosphere was joyous and harmonious.

Not long after, a sleek black sedan pulled up to the curb. The doors opened, and the Spencer family stepped out.

Tristan wore a sharp, dark casual suit, carrying an elegant gift box.

Vivian followed closely behind. Her leg was still healing, so a private nurse assisted her.

Finally, the Spencer parents emerged.

Taking in the lively scene, they all beamed with genuine smiles.

The Sinclairs hadn't expected them at all. After a moment of stunned surprise, they quickly ushered their esteemed guests inside.

"This is a set of emerald jewelry for Seraphina, and a premium restorative tonic for Mr. Sinclair. You two went through hell to save Vivian, and our family truly doesn't know how to thank you enough."

Seraphina quickly tried to decline.

"You're too kind. It was just the right thing to do."

"It was far more than that."

Mrs. Spencer grasped Seraphina's hand, her eyes glistening with unshed tears.

"The doctors said if you hadn't treated her when you did, she would have lost her leg. You saved her entire future."

Mr. Spencer then pulled a sleek black card from his suit jacket, offering it to Clara with both hands.

"Mrs. Sinclair, there are millions of dollars on this card. It's just a small gesture from the Spencer family. No strings attached—just a little something to give the kids a head start."

Clara stepped back in sheer panic.

"No, no, I absolutely cannot accept this! It's far too much."

"Please take it," Mr. Spencer insisted, his tone gentle but firm. "Otherwise, we won't be able to sleep at night."
