When She Ended It With Divorce (Chiara and Titus) novel Chapter 225

Chapter 225 Go Find Another Woman Chapter 225 Go Find Another Woman

It was only the time it took to smoke a cigarette before Chiara came out of the office.

She glanced at the two men off to the side and walked over.

As soon as Titus saw her, he instinctively stubbed out his cigarette and reached up to open the ventilation window.

Kason raised an eyebrow, watching the scene in silence before chuckling, “Since when did you become so henpecked, Mr. Goodman?”

Titus just shot him a cool look and didn’t say a word.

Chiara didn’t even spare him a glance. Her eyes were fixed on Kason.

“Mr. Bradford, I’m really sorry about your parents. But we truly believe my father wasn’t involved. We’ll find out the truth,” she said.

Kason stood there with his hands in his pockets, raising an eyebrow at her. “Mrs. Goodman, being blindly confident isn’t always wise.”

Chiara held his gaze for a few seconds before turning and walking away.

Titus shot Kason a look and followed after her.

Robyn nodded at them, waited until they got into the elevator, then headed over to Kason.

Kason just gave her a look. “What do you want to say?”

Robyn shot him a cold look. “You’re crazy!”

“Is that the best you can do?”

Robyn pulled a book out of her bag and shoved it into his arms.

Kason gave it a quick look. “What’s this?”

“A novel,” Robyn replied.

Kason raised an eyebrow. “You want me to read this?”

Robyn stared him down. “That’s right. Pay attention to the main characters. See how revenge-driven love stories always crash and burn in the end!”

Kason didn’t even bother to look twice before tossing the book into the trash, scoffing as he did.

“Love? What love?” he scoffed.

But Robyn stepped right up to him, her eyes locked on his, refusing to back down.

“Then why are you so hell-bent on marrying her?” she demanded.

“I’m not just marrying her. I want her to have my kids,” Kason replied, his tone cold and unwavering.

Robyn froze for a few seconds, then gritted her teeth. “Kason, you’re out of your mind! If you go through with this, you’ll regret it for the rest of your life!”

Kason shot her a cold, indifferent look. “I remember the first time we met, you said you wanted the Lynch Group to pay.”

“I…” Robyn clenched her fists, shut her eyes for a moment, and said, “My goal hasn’t changed, but when it comes to her…”

“Robyn, this world is all about the strong devouring the weak. Fairness doesn’t exist. Being a Lynch means she has to bear the consequences of her parents’ actions,” Kason said, his voice icy,

Robyn stayed silent for a long time before finally asking, “Is there really nothing I can say that’ll make you reconsider?”

Kason didn’t respond. It was clear his mind was made up.

Robyn gave a short laugh. “One last question. When did you first start planning this?”

Kason still didn’t answer, but Robyn pressed on. “Was it after you met her, or had you already decided before you even saw

her?”

Kason tilted his head, his face cold. “Does it make a difference?”

Robyn just stared at him for a few seconds before saying,

“You’re going to regret it.” With that, she turned and WAR

Kason just stood there, unmoving, lost in his ov thoughts for what an eternity.

In the end, they still signed the prenuptial agreement.

Chapter 225 Go Find Another Woman

So when they walked out of the marriage registry, Kason was fiddling with the marriage certificate In his hand.

“Move out,” he said.

Heather turned her head to look at him, showing no emotion on her face.

Pain or sadness. whatever it was, she never lost her composure from start to finish.

Kason tilted her chin up, leaning in close. “Mrs. Bradford, I’m marrying you, not moving into the Lynch residence. You’re moving out tonight.”

Heather looked at him, her voice calm. “Where?”

“I’ll send you the address later. And…”

Kason leaned in even closer. Heather instinctively tried to pull away, but he gripped her chin tight, refusing to let her go.

“I like women who are a little softer. I’m not asking you to be a firecracker in bed, but if you keep up this ice queen act all the time, it really turns me off,” he said.

Heather remained perfectly calm, her voice cool as she said, “I’m just naturally reserved. If you prefer someone flirtier and more passionate, feel free to go find one.”

Kason narrowed his eyes, then chuckled mockingly in her ear.

“Wow, that generous? First day of marriage and you’re already telling me to go chase other women?”

Heather just gave a faint smirk. “That’s right.”

Kason didn’t even get annoyed. “If you’re that generous, maybe I should bring in a few women to show you how to actually make your husband happy…”

Heather said nothing, her face stone-cold and unyielding.

Seeing her silence, Kason just gave her cheek a patronizing pat. “Happy wedding day, Mrs. Bradford.”

With that, he turned and walked off, leaving his brand-new wife standing alone outside the civil affairs office.

Robyn was sitting in the car, her face a mix of emotions, but Heather never spared them a glance. completely indifferent to it all.

It wasn’t until the car had pulled away that Robyn finally rolled up the window.

The news that Heather and Kason got their marriage certificate spread like wildfire through the company.

Everyone was either shocked or totally floored. Nobody could believe it.

And just like that, word got out that the company’s shares had been reshuffled too.

Heather and Chiara weren’t even the biggest shareholders anymore. The one holding the most shares in the Lynch Group was actually Kason.

‘Was this whole marriage just about the shares?’ everyone wondered.

Everyone was gossiping about who would really be running the company from now on.

Then the Lynch Group’s PR department dropped a statement.

The tables had completely turned between Heather and Kason.

Kason was now the one with the final say at the Lynch Group.

After leaving the civil affairs office, Heather didn’t go back to the company. Instead, she headed straight for Lynch residence.

Kason had already sent her the address, telling her to move in tonight.

She went home and packed up some of her things.

Chiara was sitting quietly on the couch, holding Ryan, when she heard Heather coming downstairs with her suitcase.

“Chiara,” Heather called out.

Chiara turned to look at her but didn’t say anything.

Heather gave her a gentle smile. “Make sure you keep it safe. It’s safest here at home. I can’t bring it with me.”

Chiara nodded, lips pressed tight. “I know.”

Heather walked over, gave Ryan a hug and a kiss before setting him down.

“I’m off now,” she said.
