“Sonja, our guy at Sunforge Tech is on board. He’s confident he’ll get us a shot at their product development next year.”

Sonja bit her lower lip. “Thanks, but Scott… stealing like this isn’t right.”

He just scoffed. “That depends on who you’re dealing with! Rebecca screwed you out of that contract and got me fired. Why should we go easy on her? You’re too kind for your own good, Sonja. Don’t worry about it. I’ll handle it. This time, I’m taking Rebecca down.”
