Rebecca shrugged. “I wanted to him just leave me alone, you know? I figured we could go our separate ways and never bother each other again. But he just keeps pushing. He’s messed with me and my mom over and over, even landed her in the hospital, and now he’s trash-talking her, saying she didn’t raise me right.
