By the time Cindy was down to just her underwear, Jon stepped in and gently stopped her hands.

They’d already been close before, but seeing her undress right in front of him still got his heart racing. He scooped her up and carried her straight to the bathtub.

He turned away, cleared his throat, and mumbled, “Alright, you can finish up.”

Cindy tilted her head, clearly confused about why he wasn’t joining her. The next second, she tossed her bra and panties right at his face.

Jon’s cheeks turned bright red as he caught them. He quickly looked away, grabbed a small basin, and took her things out to the balcony to wash them. Then he hung them up to dry.

He went back to the living room and tried to distract himself with a little TV. After a while, figuring she’d had enough time, he got up and knocked on the bathroom door.

“Cindy, you should come out now. You are drunk, so it’s not good to soak for too long.”

No answer.

A bad feeling crept in. Jon pushed the door open and saw that the water was already getting cold, and Cindy had fallen asleep in the tub.

Jon felt a headache coming on. With no other option, he closed his eyes for a moment, then lifted her out, wrapped her in a robe, and carried her to the bedroom.

Once she was settled, he glanced at the clock. It was almost midnight. He sighed. Guess he’d just have to make do on the sofa tonight.

He stretched out on the sofa and drifted off.

The next morning, Cindy woke up with her head pounding and a bitter taste in her mouth. She rubbed at her temples and headed for the bathroom, but on the way, she spotted Jon’s tall frame curled up uncomfortably on the little sofa.

For a few seconds, her mind went completely blank. Then, all at once, a rush of embarrassing memories came flooding back.

Cindy’s face turned hot. She covered her eyes with her hand.
